The Carolina Panthers have won seven games in a row with a dramatic come from behind win over the Miami Dolphins. The Panthers and Dolphins had a good hard hitting game in which the Dolphins defense really impressed me.

Cam Newton was banged up with a finger injury and after a helmet to helmet hit by Wake on the first drive, was spitting blood. Cam Newton didn't look very good until the 4th quarter when he got dialed in.

The Miami Dolphins were leading 16 to 13 when the Panthers drove down the field with Cam Newton hitting Greg Olsen with a one yard touchdown pass with less than a minute on the clock.

The Miami Dolphins came to play and I don't think it was the Panthers taking them lightly. The vaunted Carolina Panthers defense was slapped around a bit with Tannehill throwing for over 300 yards. Mike Wallace torched the Panthers for 127 yards receiving and almost caught a bomb to win the game with 13 seconds on the clock.

The Carolina Panthers defense clearly missed Charles Johnson who was out because of the injury inflicted on him by a cheap shot leg whip by a New England Patriot. Thomas Davis, Luke Kuechly and Captain Munnerlyn all had decent but not special games for the Carolina Panthers defense.

Cam Newton was the leading rusher for the Carolina Panthers who have been struggling to get their running backs involved in the running game. Mike Tolbert did step up on the game winning drive to make a couple of solid runs.

The Carolina Panthers have won seven games in a row which ties the franchise record. The Panthers are beating good teams on the road and beating teams when the Panthers are not playing very well.

The New Orleans Saints are still one game ahead of the Carolina Panthers who control their own destiny. If the Panthers win out they will win the NFC South because there are two games against the Saints coming up.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are coming up to play the Panthers in Bank of America Stadium next week. This looked like an easy win but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have won three games in a row and always give the Panthers fits. The Buc's would like nothing more than to end the seven game winning streak of the Carolina Panthers next week.
